1.Where We Ship

At this time, we ship orders within the United States.

If we offer international shipping in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note:

  • Orders placed during promotions, holidays, or pop-up events may require additional processing time.

  • Custom kits or special orders may take longer to prepare.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other services depending on the order size, destination, and shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or displayed as flat-rate options, where applicable.

4. Shipping Estimates

Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery delays caused by:

  • weather,

  • carrier issues,

  • incorrect addresses,

  • or other circumstances beyond our control

are not the responsibility of The Covenant Workshop LLC.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order

  • Refunds may be issued minus shipping costs, depending on the situation

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit:

  • Please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number

  • If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

8. Damaged Items

While we take care to package orders securely, shipping damage can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will review the information provided and work with the shipping carrier as needed to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Please do not discard damaged items or packaging until the issue has been resolved, as this information may be required for carrier claims.

9. In-Person Purchases

Items purchased at pop-ups, markets, or other in-person events are not shipped unless explicitly arranged at the time of purchase.

Any shipping arrangements made for in-person purchases will be confirmed separately.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
