How long does shipping take?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available in the future, we’ll update our website and policies accordingly.
What if my order arrives damaged?

If an online order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within the timeframe listed in our policy and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue. For in-person purchases, customers are encouraged to inspect items at the time of purchase. If a defect is discovered, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

We accept returns for eligible items purchased online if they are unused, unwound, and in original condition. Return requests must be made within the timeframe outlined in our policy. All purchases made at pop-up events, short-term markets, and other temporary in-person locations are final sale, except in cases of damage or defects.
