By accessing our website, making a purchase through our online shop, or purchasing from us at a physical location, pop-up, market, or event, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or making a purchase (online or in person), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are purchasing with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to present our products accurately. However:

  • Colors, textures, and appearances may vary due to screen settings, lighting, dye lots, and the natural characteristics of fiber.

  • Handmade and natural-fiber products may show variations, which are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects.

  • Products sold in person may differ slightly from website images due to display conditions.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • Prices may differ between online sales and in-person events due to fees, promotions, or event-specific pricing.

  • Applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any) are added at checkout or point of sale.

We accept payment methods made available at the time of purchase, including third-party processors such as Stripe, Square, or cash at in-person events.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or adjust orders affected by such errors.

5. Orders & Acceptance

For online purchases, placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel or refuse orders

  • Verify information before fulfillment

For in-person purchases, all sales are considered accepted at the time payment is processed.

If an online order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delays caused by shipping services, weather, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility.

Please review our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our return and refund practices are outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which applies to both online and in-person purchases unless otherwise stated.

Additional notes:

  • Items purchased in person may be subject to different return conditions, which will be disclosed at the point of sale.

  • Certain items (such as sale items, custom kits, or opened yarn) may be non-returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet stated conditions.
